Pastoral Council

The role of the Pastoral Council is to advise the Pastor. They assist him maintain and enhance the quality and integrity of parish life and promote parish vitality. The Pastoral Council regularly surveys the people of the parish to discover how they feel about different aspects of parish life and to seek out their thoughts and ideas on improvement.

The council consists of a representative from each parish standing committee and elected at-large members of the parish. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month and are open to all parishioners. Reports are given by each standing committee regarding their activities or concerns of parishioners.

In short, the Pastoral Council determines parish needs, sets priorities, and empower parishioners to participate in the mission of Christ.
